Meet the Staff

Jennifer Morton
Chief Executive Office

Jennifer Morton has a long history in the golf industry with more than 30 years of experience. She has held key positions over the course of her career, most recently serving as the Director of Marketing and Sales for the Association of Golf Merchandisers. Prior to the AGM, Morton worked at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento, CA, as a buyer, merchandiser, e-commerce specialist, retail consultant, international speaker, and marketer. She is an AGM Certified Retail Manager and has been an AGM member for more than 20 years. As a golf industry leader and CEO of the Association of Golf Merchandisers, she is passionate about driving growth and innovation in the sports and fitness sectors. Her focus is on fostering meaningful relationships and promoting retail education, with an aim to help businesses succeed in the ever-evolving golf merchandising landscape.

Megan Fidler
Director of Marketing

After playing collegiate golf, Megan Fidler worked as a golf professional at Haggin Oaks, giving private golf lessons, club fitting, and running their junior programs. In 2005, she was hired by First Tee – Greater Sacramento where she worked for 18 years as their Director of Competitive Activities, running junior golf tournaments for junior golfers ages 5-18. 

In 2023, she joined the AGM as their Director of Marketing and enjoys working with both their merchandiser members and vendor partners.  Away from work, Megan enjoys reading, watching football, and spending time with her husband and five children.

Justine Gray
Director of Membership and Education

Based in sunny South Florida, Justine holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Business Management from the esteemed Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, NY. Her journey in the world of golf merchandising has taken her through various impactful roles, from serving as the Merchandise Manager at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, NJ, to an E-Commerce Merchandise Coordinator at Summit Golf Brands in New York, NY, and as the Assistant Merchandiser at John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, FL.

She is enthusiastic about spearheading membership growth, fostering member relations, and developing engaging educational

Ariel Centurino
Social Media Coordinator and Business Administrator

Freshly graduated with a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Sacramento, majoring in Business Administration, concentration: marketing and supply chain management, Ariel is eager to bring her experience of social media platforms, retail merchandising, and customer service to life.

She has spent the past three years honing her social presence skills for business platforms and is excited for the opportunity to contribute to the AGM team.

Aside from the creative side of online platforms, she is passionate about talking to and assisting both merchandisers and vendors about their membership needs and looks forward to growing with the AGM.
