Account Executive – Golf & Resort 

BUGATCHI’s is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Account Executive with a passion for growing a business focused on luxury menswear. The Account Executive will be responsible for the inception, production and execution of the marketing and advertising communications that live across multiple platforms and channels globally. The position is ideally based in Boca Raton, FL or the territory they represent.  

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with current and new Bugatchi clients to drive sales and brand loyalty. 
  2. Meet sales objectives by collaborating with the sales team to create innovative strategies for client acquisition and retention. 
  3. Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients on product selection and styling. 
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any customer issues. 
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends. 
  6. Act as a brand ambassador during client meetings, events, and promotional activities. 
  7. Travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the brand at various locations. 
  8. Potential states of representation include: a) North Carolina; b) South Carolina; Georgia d) Tennessee; e) Illinois; f) Michigan g) Ohio h) Indiana; and i) Kentucky. 

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree. 
  2. At least 5 years of experience with luxury golf and/or resort Clients 
  3. At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales or account management. 
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  5. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
  6. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 
  7. Knowledge of luxury men’s fashion trends and luxury brands. 
  8. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. 
  9. Can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably. 
  10. Superior attention to detail. 
  11. Highly organized and flexible and able to think outside the box. 
  12. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. 
  13. Works well under tight deadlines, is flexible, is reactive and understands how to prioritize.
