Inside Sales Representative – Divots Golf/Byron Nelson

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role will involve working in our office five days a week to maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, reactivate past clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for the golf and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Client Reactivation: Identify and re-engage past accounts, presenting new opportunities and updating them on our latest offerings.
  • Prospecting & New Sales: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Sales Calls: Make daily outbound calls to clients and prospects to discuss product offerings, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
  • Outbound Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including maintaining and segmenting email lists and sending automated and personalized sales emails.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
  • Order Management: Assist clients in placing orders, providing product knowledge and guidance to meet their needs.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with and support other company sales representatives, sharing insights and best practices to achieve team sales goals.
  • Team Player: Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting other team members and jumping in on projects and tasks around the office and warehouse when needed.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including client interactions, opportunities, and deals closed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the golf or apparel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support fellow sales reps.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interest or background in golf is a plus.
