Opportunity Overview
We are expanding our national sales force and seeking a passionate, experienced Golf Sales Representative to join our team as a full-time W-2 employee based in Florida. If you have a strong understanding of the golf lifestyle, an established network in the golf and luxury retail space, and the drive to represent an exclusive, premium apparel line—this is your chance to grow with a dynamic and innovative brand.

  • Base Salary +Commission
  • Commission Override on Sales Talent Managed
  • Travel Allowance: $6,000/year for territory development, trade shows, and client visits

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Jaxson Maximus golf and athleisure apparel line to country clubs, private golf resorts, specialty boutiques, and pro shops across Florida.
  • Leverage your existing industry relationships to drive revenue growth and open new accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to order follow-up and client retention.
  • Participate in seasonal sales campaigns, trade shows, trunk shows, and member events.
  • Collaborate with our corporate team to align with brand standards, marketing efforts, and product launches.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each client experience reflects the Jaxson Maximus brand.
  • Managing + recruiting new sales talent

Qualifications

  • Must be located in Florida
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in golf or high-end fashion/apparel
  • Proven success with luxury or lifestyle brand sales, ideally with an existing book of business in the golf market
  • Strong relationships with golf clubs, resorts, and specialty retailers
  • Passion for golf, fashion, and delivering a luxury experience
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally for events and client meetings
