Golf Retail Director

The Position – Golf Retail Director:

The Landings Golf & Athletic Club is in search of its next Golf Retail Director.  This position will be responsible for the strategic planning, purchasing, merchandising and overall retail operations for Our Clubs five golf shops.   Voted best Golf Shop by Club & Resort Magazine in 2023, the Landings Golf & Athletic Club is searching for an experienced and creative golf retailer to lead retail operations to the next level while remaining focused on service and an attractive retail offering for our over 7,000 club members. 

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years of golf retail management, buying and merchandising – preferably in a private club. 
• A strong fundamental knowledge of retail and merchandising.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with technology including inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Self-starter, dependable, service-oriented and organized.
• Task driven and able to multi-task. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
