Big changes are coming to Jofit in 2027! With new investment in marketing, design, technology and more, Jofit is poised for growth. We are adding independent sales representatives in Texas, Florida East Coast, and the Mid-Atlantic North to New England.
Our award-winning fit and quality, while honoring the original Jofit customer, are adapting to the changing demographics and tastes of women shopping at private clubs and resorts. We also know how hard it can be to run a profitable women’s business in a small or medium private golf shop, and we have a strategy in place to support our accounts.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate has an established reputation for excellence. That reputation comes from understanding each customer’s needs and pain points and advising them on building a profitable business with every line they carry.
A trusted advisor: You know your accounts’ open-to-buy, sell-through and margins, and you help buyers plan assortments that turn.
A Business Builder: You open new private clubs, resorts and specialty retailers, and you grow women’s departments through pre-books, reorders and member events.
A Presence in the Shop: You work with staff to train them on our Fit Method, offer merchandising suggestions, and share their members’ feedback, so we keep delivering on-trend innovation that builds our customers’ confidence.
You also have established relationships with private clubs, resorts or specialty golf retailers in your territory. Non-competing lines are welcome.
WHAT JOFIT OFFERS:

Timing: Our goal is to have new representatives on board and trained to launch the season with us at the PGA Show, January 27–29, 2027, Booth #6743.
GROWING WITH JOFIT:
We are building our sales team strategically, adding territories as we grow over the next several years. We are also committed to developing talent from within, including women early in their golf industry careers and those transitioning from collegiate or professional golf.
