The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) is proud to celebrate the 2025 graduates of the Certified Retail Manager (CRM) Program, our largest graduating class to date, with 38 professionals completing the program. This milestone reflects the growing commitment among AGM members and industry professionals to continued education and professional growth in golf retail.

Each graduate demonstrated a remarkable dedication to advancing their craft, mastering the fundamentals of buying, inventory management, operations, and retail strategy — all while balancing the demands of a busy season. About the CRM Program

The Certified Retail Manager Program is designed for golf retail professionals looking to sharpen their business skills, strengthen their leadership, and gain confidence in managing every aspect of the golf shop. Participants explore key areas such as buying strategy, open-to-buy planning, visual merchandising, and staff development — all with the guidance of experienced instructors and industry leaders.

PGA Members receive PGA Education PDR credits for each completed course, earning 2 PGA Education PDRs per class. Courses are offered live online, providing flexibility for working professionals, and include access to instructor support and drop-in study sessions throughout the year.
